Description: We've been buying coffee from Wilmar Castillo's Vista al bosque (view of the forest) for years now. We've sourced regular single origins directly from him but we've also bought his coffee at auction as a cup of excellence winner. To say he makes good coffee is an understatement. We are delighted to roast this coffee, it's all fruity, sweet with a lovely milk chocolate backbone.
