Origin: Sidamo, Ethiopia

These beans have traveled across the Atlantic Ocean from their home in Sidamo, Ethiopia, just to be enjoyed by you! Washed heirloom coffee is a staple of Ethiopian coffee production, and this crop is a great way to start the morning with some rich, hearty flavors! (It's also an equally great way to keep the flavor going all day long). Initially very bright, this coffee presents a delicious peach compote flavor that works well with the heavy body. To level out the sweetness, this coffee carries a crisp, refreshing note similar to fresh bell pepper. It's a puzzling combo, but one that works incredibly well, and we're glad to share it with you!

Acidity: Low - Medium Aroma: Mildly fruity, floral Taste: Pepper, Vegetal (Yea green pepper maybe) Stone Fruit (Yea peach maybe) Fairly low acidity. Fairly mild flavor of vegetal and stone fruit. The taste of pepper comes through almost from the beginning to the finish. This coffee has a pleasant, interesting mildly floral, fruity aroma, which comes through a bit in the flavor. This was a pleasant coffee that I wouldn't mind drinking daily, and wouldn't mind getting again.
