Grown on farmland formerly owned by one of the founders of the Brazil Specialty Coffee Association, quality coffee has always been a fixture here and that didn't change when Homero purchased the farm from his uncle. (Coffee from Fazenda Guariroba won the 2016 Brazil Cup of Excellence, and the farm shows no sign of slowing down). Investing in post-production processes and reclaiming water sources, we're sure to see even more great coffees like this one coming from Fazenda Guariroba in years to come. This lot is a rich, memorable coffee that makes the most of natural processing, drawing out some remarkably strong flavor notes Full strawberry tones and floral aromatics stand out, with an overall sweetness that makes for an enjoyable and easy-to-drink cup.
