These Catuai beans are the fulfillment of a dream, and we're not just talking about how great they taste. Although grower Mauricio Jimenez wasn't born in a farming tradition, he had always dreamed of owning his own coffee farm. Now, he's achieved his goal and gets to share his love for growing premium coffee with his family while producing these excellently processed honey lots. This particular lot is a classic Costa Rican coffee. Bright lime acidity leads off the flavor profile, with distinct aromatic notes of rose hips and other florals. It's a coffee with real presence, producing a rich full-bodied cup that will keep you coming back for more. We hope you take a moment and enjoy it!

Was a bit disappointed in this one, as historically honey- and natural- processed coffees have been some of my favorites. Not at all bad, it's good coffee, but was missing the uniqueness I've come to expect from Moustache. Maybe I just needed to play with the temperature and pre-soak, but 12 ounces of coffee doesn't give enough time to really dial it in!

Good, nothing remarkable stands out. A good honey-processed South American coffee.
