This week's coffee contains bright flavors and a rich history. The Zamora family has been growing coffee in Costa Rica's Terrazu region for over 50 years, passing along their knowledge and commitment to quality from generation to generation. After learning the ins and outs of farming from their father, the Zamora brothers built the La Cruz micro-mill so that they could be sure their coffee was being processed correctly. From double-washing to rotational drying and meticulously maintained greenhouses, they put the work in to produce exceptional coffee like this week's offering. It's a light and fruity cup that comes on strong, with a full body and a clean finish. As much as we don't think there's such a thing as a perfect cup of coffee, this La Cruz gave us some pause, and we'd love to hear what you think! Comment below, and drink up!
