This lot comes from Kigari Teachers College near Embu in Kenya. The teachers college educates future Kenyan teachers in their campus in rural Kenya. As well as educating teachers the campus has a number of agricultural business one of which is coffee production. We are very much the beneficiaries.

This is a super interesting coffee. It combines lots of forest fruits with great florals and a really interesting herbal note. It's a really unique flavor profile but one that is downright tasty.

As you would expect from a Tasting Series coffee, this coffee is incredibly complex and well balanced. We have rich and complex black currant notes with incredibly clean and well balanced black currant bitters. It's sweet like a black currant cordial. For florals we are getting violets and rosehip.

This tasting series will be a 12oz bag cause it's our Birthday!.
